Dear Singers,
I am so very excited to announce that I will be your new choir director this year! Mrs. Fletcher and I have met and she has filled me in on the wonderfully rich program you have established. Both she and I had no idea this switch would happen, but I am so honored to have this opportunity to lead your program and get to know each of you.
I have always felt a personal connection to Heights and have known many of its directors in years past (King, McWilliams, and Bogart). The program has a fantastic history of success and I intend to continue the good work.
I am leaving on a train today to go to the Texas Choral Directors Association Convention in San Antonio. I will be trying to find new music and ideas to bring back and I need your help!
