TMEA ENTRY PROCEDURE

TMEA ENTRY PROCEDURE
We compete in TMEA Region 7. All TMEA entries must be made online by the Choral Director of each school. This includes the Middle School All-Region Choir contest, and High School All-State Choir Contest. Students will have to be entered for each contest (HS District, HS Region, MS Region and HS Pre Area.)

click on the online entry link or click on a link for further instructions. If you need further assistance
with the online entry process contact the music office.
The Choir Director is solely responsible for entering students in these contests. The Choral Music office will pay for all entry fees and transportation for the above events. Copies of your entry form and a bus request must be sent to the Choral Music office one week prior to the TMEA deadline.
You must enter your students before the deadline.
You must submit a copy of the paper work to the choral music office to process for payment.
Students will not be allowed to perform this year if Region 7 does not have the check by the time of the event.
